How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?

What is your policy regarding cancellations?
November – April we offer a 48-hour cancellation
May – October we offer a 14-day cancellation
If a reservation is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation policy, the total room and tax for entire reservation will be forfeited. If a reservation is cancelled outside the cancellation policy, 10% of the total room and tax for entire reservation will be forfeited.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
21 years old.

Can the hotel provide kid cots or baby cribs upon request? What are your COVID safety precautions?
Hotel does not provide cribs or pack and plays.

Is internet available at the hotel?
Complimentary highspeed wireless internet access on unlimited devices.

Is there parking on site?
Limited onsite parking. Street parking is recommended.

Can I have a package delivered to the hotel?
Yes, but the package must have the name of the guest that matches the name on the reservation. If the package has a name that does not register in the hotel reservation system, then the package will be refused.

What is the hotel's pet policy?
Pets are welcomed, but there is a $100 pet policy fee per stay per room. All breeds are welcomed, but there is a 50-lb limit. There is a $250 cleaning fee for any damages done to the room.

Is the hotel kid-friendly?
Yes, anyone under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Is smoking permitted on the property?
No. If evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms or outdoor communal public spaces, a USD 250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest. Designated smoking areas are located outside. Please contact the front desk for locations.

Does the hotel provide beach towels and beach chairs?
Yes, hotel provides complimentary beach towels and beach chairs for rent, first come first serve. If not returned, there will be a separate charge to the guest.
